Return Policy

If you wish to return any items for any reason, you must first advise us via email ([email protected]) within 14 days of the date you received your shipment.   We will contact you to arrange for the return or to discuss issuing a credit toward your next purchase. If your shipment is damaged in transit, please advise us via email within 72 hours of receipt if you wish to receive credit, a refund, or replacement of the damaged items.  

If you wish to return items simply because you don’t want them, and they are in resalable condition, you may return them at your own expense.   We will charge a small 10% restocking fee, with any balance applied toward your next order.   If you must return items because they were damaged in transit or because Cashco made an error in filling your order, Cashco will pay for return shipping and offer the option of either a refund or a credit toward your next order.   While it is our general policy to allow customers to quickly return items, we do reserve the right to modify that policy on a case-by-case basis.
